Shipping

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery fees

Standard delivery: AED 25
Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days across the UAE. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order confirmation

You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Returns

Returns within 7 days

You can return products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unopened, unused and sealed
It is in its original packaging and in resaleable condition

Because our products are car care chemicals, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full at no extra cost.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, delivery fees are non-refundable and the customer covers the return shipping cost. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
